I first went there in 1987 and was made welcome by the owners.I frequented the place for many years to follow.I returned there in 1994 after a spell in the UK and everybody remembered me , the food was better than before. My last visit was in 2007 and again i was remembered,the lady owner gave the chefs special,then she actually put on an apron went into the kitchens and made us a banana mousse, which was nothing short of perfection. I will always return there when i am in Newport Beach, i love it there
